Shipping & Refund Disclaimer


1. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. The seller is only responsible for delivering the goods to the designated logistics carrier and providing valid shipping tracking information.

2. Once the logistics carrier issues an official delivery confirmation (including clear delivery time, delivery address and delivery status), the seller’s delivery obligation is deemed to have been fully completed. Any loss, theft, or misdelivery of the package after the official delivery (including but not limited to being taken by a neighbor, lost at the door/yard, or misdelivered by the local logistics) is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the seller shall not be liable for any related losses.
3. For claims of "not receiving the goods", the buyer must provide valid official evidence issued by the local logistics carrier or the relevant official department to prove the non-delivery. The seller reserves the right to reject any refund or re-delivery request without valid supporting evidence.
4. The seller will cooperate with providing all relevant shipping documents (tracking record, delivery proof, etc.) for the buyer to verify with the logistics carrier, but shall not bear any additional costs or liabilities arising therefrom.

5. All refund and dispute handling shall be in accordance with the official rules of the payment platform and the international cross-border e-commerce transaction norms. The seller has the right to reject any unreasonable refund request and unfounded threat.
