What should I do if I am not satisfied with the initial design draft?
We promise that all unsatisfactory items can be modified. If multiple modifications are not satisfactory, due to the design service requiring effort and time, it cannot be “returned”. Therefore, we declare that our design proposal is not applicable;
Please communicate the specific content and desired style of the customized design with the buyer before designing. If there are any changes to the design during the design process, please contact customer service to renegotiate the design. Once the design begins, the project cannot be changed.

If the initial draft is modified 1-3 times and still unsatisfied, 50% of the design fee can be refunded; If the initial draft is not satisfactory after 4-6 revisions, the design fee will not be refunded.
